What is the difference between embossed stickers and domed stickers?
Embossed stickers have a three-dimensional effect obtained through selective UV coating on specific areas of the design. Domed stickers instead have a transparent resin dome covering the entire surface. The embossed effect is thinner and selective, the resin is thicker and covers everything.
Can I choose which parts of the design will be embossed?
Yes, the embossed effect is applied selectively. You can tell us which elements of your design you want embossed: logos, text, borders or specific details. The contrast between flat and raised areas creates a striking visual and tactile effect.
Does the embossed effect wear off over time?
No, the embossed effect is very durable thanks to the UV coating, which is cured with ultraviolet light. Combined with the protective laminate, it keeps its texture and look for years, even with heavy use.
Are embossed stickers suitable for outdoor use?
Yes, embossed stickers are perfectly suited to outdoor use. The UV coating that creates the embossed effect is weather resistant, and the additional protective laminate guarantees a lifespan of several years even when exposed to rain, sun and frost.
Can I have both glossy and matte embossed areas on the same sticker?
At the moment we offer the embossed finish in one variant per sticker: either all glossy or all matte. It is not possible to combine glossy and matte embossed areas on the same piece. You can, however, order the same design in two separate versions, one with glossy and one with matte embossed areas.
Can you feel the embossed effect?
Yes, the embossed effect is perceptible to the touch. It creates a light but noticeable thickness in the treated areas, giving a premium, three-dimensional feel. This tactile effect is one of the main strengths of embossed stickers, ideal for business cards, luxury packaging and branding.
What are the production and delivery times?
Standard production time is 5 business days. Standard shipping takes another 1-2 business days. Express shipping is also available for faster delivery, with a 30% surcharge.
Is the estimated delivery date guaranteed?
No, the date shown on the site is an estimate, although we meet it for the vast majority of orders. In some cases, however, unexpected production or shipping issues can cause delays. If you have an event or a firm deadline, choose the Express service: your order will be handled with priority, through a separate production queue and a dedicated shipping service. Any doubts about timing? Contact us before ordering: we'll do everything we can to find the best solution and get your stickers to you on time.
