How we handle reviews
A few rules, written clearly, because a review only helps someone who hasn’t ordered yet if they can trust it.
Who can write one. Only people who actually bought: the day after delivery we send an email with a personal link tied to the order. One review per order. Reviews customers leave us on other channels (Google, email, messages) may be shown on the site.
What we give back. Anyone who leaves a review gets a 10% discount code on their next order, the same for everyone and independent of the rating: one star or five, the code arrives all the same.
What we publish. We read every review before publishing it. We don’t publish offensive text, third-party personal data or content unrelated to the order. Negative reviews stay: we reply publicly and try to fix things.
What we don’t do. We don’t write reviews ourselves, we don’t buy them and we don’t have third parties write them. The average and the count you see on the site include every published review, whatever the rating.
