Which shapes are available for custom stickers?
We offer custom stickers in five shapes: round, square, rectangular, oval and die-cut. With die-cut, the sticker follows the exact outline of your design, for a professional result with no white edges.
What are the minimum and maximum sticker sizes?
Sizes vary depending on the shape you choose. In general, the minimum size is about 10 mm and the maximum goes up to 300 mm or more. The online configurator shows all the sizes available for each shape.
Can I order different quantities of the same design?
Each configuration in the cart corresponds to a specific product with its own settings (shape, size, material, quantity). If you need the same design in different quantities, you can add it to the cart several times with different configurations.
Which file format should I send my artwork in?
We accept PDF, AI, EPS, SVG, PNG, JPG, JPEG and TIFF files. For the best result we recommend vector files (PDF, AI, EPS, SVG) with CMYK colors. The maximum file size is 25 MB.
How does die-cutting work?
Die-cutting follows the exact outline of your design using a precision cutting machine. The resulting sticker has no white edges or standard shapes: its shape perfectly traces your artwork. It is the ideal choice for logos, mascots and designs with irregular shapes.
Can I request a sample before ordering a large quantity?
Yes, you can add a sample to the cart to test material, colors and sizes before a big order. If you add it together with other products, the sample is free. If you order it on its own, it costs $10.
What are the production and delivery times?
Standard production time is 5 business days. Standard shipping takes another 1-2 business days. Express shipping is also available for faster delivery, with a 30% surcharge.
Is the estimated delivery date guaranteed?
No, the date shown on the site is an estimate, although we meet it for the vast majority of orders. In some cases, however, unexpected production or shipping issues can cause delays. If you have an event or a firm deadline, choose the Express service: your order will be handled with priority, through a separate production queue and a dedicated shipping service. Any doubts about timing? Contact us before ordering: we'll do everything we can to find the best solution and get your stickers to you on time.
