What is the difference between inside and outside application?
With inside application, the decal is stuck to the inside of the glass and read from outside (mirrored print). With outside application, it is stuck directly to the outer surface of the glass. Inside application is recommended because it protects the print from the weather.
Do window decals block the light completely?
Standard window decals cover the printed area but do not block light completely. Areas with light colors may let some brightness through. For a fully opaque effect, the white underbase guarantees complete opacity in the printed areas.
Can I apply window decals to plexiglass or curved surfaces?
Window decals apply perfectly to plexiglass and smooth transparent surfaces. They work well on slightly curved surfaces, but for pronounced curves we recommend smaller sizes to avoid wrinkles. They are not suited to opaque or porous surfaces.
How do I remove a window decal without damaging the glass?
Our window decals come off easily by lifting a corner and pulling slowly. If the adhesive is very strong, you can use a hair dryer to gently warm the surface and make removal easier. Any residue can be cleaned off with glass cleaner.
Are window decals suitable for shop windows?
Absolutely, window decals are among the most requested products for shop windows. They are perfect for promotions, opening hours, logos and decorations. Applying them from the inside protects the print and lets you clean the window from outside without damaging the artwork.
Can I order window decals printed on both sides?
Window decals are printed on one side only, mirrored for inside application or normal for outside application. It is not possible to print both sides of the same decal, but you can order two separate decals to apply on both sides of the glass.
What are the production and delivery times?
Standard production time is 5 business days. Standard shipping takes another 1-2 business days. Express shipping is also available for faster delivery, with a 30% surcharge.
Is the estimated delivery date guaranteed?
No, the date shown on the site is an estimate, although we meet it for the vast majority of orders. In some cases, however, unexpected production or shipping issues can cause delays. If you have an event or a firm deadline, choose the Express service: your order will be handled with priority, through a separate production queue and a dedicated shipping service. Any doubts about timing? Contact us before ordering: we'll do everything we can to find the best solution and get your stickers to you on time.
